Use of the service
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to Propexa is accurate, lawful to process, and supplied with the permissions required for your business operations.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan inclusions, usage limits, and billing details are agreed during onboarding or in a separate order form. Fees are payable for the active subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer data
Customer data remains owned by the customer. Propexa uses that data to provide cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, reporting, monitoring, support, and related service improvements.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, performance, compliance, or product development.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Propexa is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or data issues caused by inaccurate source systems or third-party services.
